Arun Kabeli Power Limited will be convening its 6thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 1, 2073.
The AGM will be held at Trade Tower Business Center, Second Floor, Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agenda of the AGM is to authorize BoD to endorse acquisition process of Arun Kabeli Power Limited with other hydropower companies.
Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor.
25 MW Arun Kabeli Power Limited had issued 15,00,000 unit shares worth Rs 15 crore as part of its initial public offering (IPO) at face value of Rs 100 for the locals of project affected people of Taplejung and Panchthar district from Jestha 3, 2073 till Jestha 17, 2073.
