The IPO issue of Singati Hydro Energy Limited is now approved.
The company had submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue an IPO for 30% of its issued capital. The regulator has now approved the IPO issue today, i.e. Poush 22 (Jan 06).
With this, the company will now issue an IPO to the locals and the general public. The public issue will be for 43,50,000 units. Meanwhile, the company has 1,45,00,000 shares registered.
Mega Capital Markets has been appointed the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Note that the date of the IPO issue hasn’t been declared yet.
