Arun Kabeli Hydropower Company Limited will be listing its Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) within this week.
As per the official of Arun Kabeli, “We are working to have the shares listed in NEPSE soon. The shares will possibly be listed within this week.”
The hydropower company had floated 30,00,000 unit shares worth Rs 30 crore as part of its IPO shares from Kartik 9, 2073 till Kartik 12, 2073 at face value of Rs 100. Siddhartha Capital was the issue manager for the IPO.
After the shares are listed, the trading range is likely to start from Rs 99 – Rs. 297.
After the IPO, the paid up capital of the company has reached Rs 1.50 arba. Arun Valley Hydropower (AHPC) holds 25% and Api Power Company (API) holds 5% stake in Arun Kabeli. The promoter-people of affected area (Taplejung and Panchthar district) – public ratio of the company stands at 70% to 10% to 20%. It is constructing 25MW Kabeli B1 Hydroelectric project in Panchthar district.
