Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited has announced its 10th AGM to be held on Jestha 14, 2075. The meeting will be held in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani Marga, Kathmandu from 11 AM.
The main agenda of the meeting is to approve the financial help provided to locals and institutions of Dolkha district.
Other agendas include endorsement of financial statements and annual report for the fiscal year 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
The hydropower company is in a process of issuing IPO for the locals of Dolkha district but SEBON has not approved the issuance. This has mainly been caused due to the protest of the locals against the issue module.
