Api Power Company Limited has successfully conducted its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday (Bhadra 18, 2073)..
The AGM has approved to distribute 5% bonus share to its shareholders. In the AGM, the company announced about initiation of 3 hydropower projects construction of total 113 MW.
The hydropower company is developing 75 MW Trishuli Galchi, 40 MW upper Chameliya and 8 MW Upper Naugarh Gad Hydropower Project.Upper Naugarh Gad Hydropower Project is aimed to complete within 15 months and construction of Trishuli Galchi Hydropower is starting from Kartik and is intended to complete within 4 years. Afterward, Upper Chameliya Hyropower Project will also begin after accomplishment of Upper Naugarh Gad hydropower project construction.
Recently Api Power Company got tender for 19.5 MW solar power plant installation from Nepal Electricity Authority.
