CEDB Hydro Fund is issuing 100:30 (30%) right shares to its existing shareholders from today (Bhadra 18, 2073).
The BOD meeting held on Shrawan 28, 207 had decided to distribute 30% right share.
The right issue will close on Ashwin 21, 2073.
Interested shareholders can collect the application forms from CEDB Hydro Fund, Tripureswor. Also, applicants can collect application form from http://www.chf.com.np.
The shareholders applying for the right share can deposit the amount in the account number 06600300340577000001 of NMB Bank Limited located at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
CEDB Hydro Fund will soon issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 17.61 crore. Also, CEDB Hydro Fund’s subsidiary company 5 MW Rukumgad Hydropower Project has completed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Nepal Electricity Authority on Ashad 7, 2073.
