Ridi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPC) is auctioning its unclaimed promoter and ordinary right shares to general public from today (Ashwin 4, 2073).
The hydropower company is selling 14,278 units’ promoter right share and 59,383.50 units ordinary right share after the rights shares issued on Ashad 1, 2073 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The hydropower had offered right shares at the ratio of 10:3.5.
The auction will last till Ashwin 18, 2073. The bid will open to conclude the auction on Ashwin 20, 2073.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the scrip or above.
Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The hydropower company has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids till Ashwin 18, 2073 at the Global IME Capital located at Jamal, Kathmandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account name account number 0010000414CC of Citizens Bank International Limited located at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 301 as on September 18, 2016.
