Landslide that took place this morning over a reservoir of Kaligandaki ‘A’ – the biggest power house in Nepal – has obstructed the movement to and from the power house dam.
The huge landslide nearby the dam has also posed serious threat to reservoir, said locals and employees working in the hydropower.
‘Landslide has fallen this morning from around 100 metres up’ saidLa Yogaraj Bhattarai, an employee in Kaligandaki ‘A’. He added the mudslide has also caused obstruction to the way to reservoir.
The natural disaster has also put human settlements upright to the dam to further crisis.
