Energy Minister Khadka inspects Dhalkebar Substation, directs for round-the-clock power supply

Kathmandu. Energy Minister Deepak Khadka inspected the substation located in Dhalkebar, Dhanusha.

On Thursday, Minister Khadka visited the country’s largest power substation situated in Dhalkebar, Dhanusha. He stated that he was briefed about the condition of the cross-border transmission line as well as the overall power supply system.

During the inspection, Minister Khadka instructed that the electricity supply system be made safer, more reliable, and more trustworthy. He said, “During the inspection, I directed the team, including the head of the Nepal Electricity Authority’s Madhesh Province Regional Office, to work with priority to ensure 24-hour electricity supply while making the system safer, dependable, and reliable.”
