Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC) has announced 6% bonus shares for tis shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the hydropower company will be distributing 6% bonus shares and 0.3157% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company to be convened on Ashoj 20, 2075.
