Kathmandu – Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydro Power Company Limited has received approval to issue rights shares. The company obtained permission for the share issuance from the Nepal Securities Board.
The Board granted approval on February 4 to issue shares at a 1:1 ratio. The company had submitted its application to the Board on February 24.
The company has received approval to issue rights shares equal to 100 percent of its existing paid-up capital. Accordingly, it will issue 4 million units of rights shares worth NPR 400 million.
NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the share issuance.
