Indian power grid experts arrive
KATHMANDU, APR 27 – Nepal Electricity Authority said that the disrupted power supply will return to normalcy within four days following the arrival of Indian power grid experts on Monday.
NEA had appealed for Indian support after the deadly quake damaged its power grid halting the normal supply of electricity. The Ministry of Energy informed that the Indian experts have arrived with all necessary equipments and NEA in coordination with the experts has begun their work.
The government is trying its best to ensure smooth power supply within the next four days, the Ministry of Energy said on Monday.
