An employee at the District Development Committee (DDC) Dolakha, seeking anonymity, said nothing has been done toward preparation of database of eligible applicants.
The committee had decided to mobilize secretaries of all Village Development Committees (VDCs) in the district for information collection.
In the meeting of the coordination committee held in August, locals had raised question on the share distribution modality, stating that the existing modality is in favor of well-off people.
