GORKHA: Construction of the power house of the Daraundi Hydroelectricity Project’s power house begun in Mucchok VDC of Gorkha.
The project located in Mucchoktar of the VDC has begun construction of the power house near Chanaute bazaar, according to Engineer Krishna Khadka of Kalika Hydropower Company Limited.
The power house will be completed within the next seven months, added Khadka.
The 6.5 MW capacity project on completion is expected to free Gorkha district of load shedding.
