Kathmandu — The Citizen Investment Trust and Lower Irkhuwa Hydropower Company Limited have signed a share underwriting agreement. The agreement was formalized on Sunday, with Parbat Kumar Karki, Executive Director of the Trust, and Bishweshwar Subedi, Managing Director of Irkhuwa Hydropower, signing on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under the agreement, Irkhuwa Hydropower will issue shares worth NPR 280.575 million, consisting of 2,805,750 shares priced at NPR 100 each. The agreement will remain effective for six months from the date of signing.
