Workshop on Integrated Basin Planning and management in Nepal duringSeptember 11-12, 2014 , which is jointly organized by The World Bank and Water and Energy Commission Secretariat (WECS).
The workshop is intended to provide increased understanding and generate buy-in among key stakeholders regarding the purpose and value of a strategic, integrated approach to basin-level water resources planning and management, and to lay the groundwork for carrying out such planning processes for hydropower development across the country’s four main river basins.
