Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI) is convening its 10thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 4, 2074). The AGM is being held at Company registered office located at Buddhanagar, Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the AGM are to increase the paid up capital of the company and amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) accordingly.
Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75.
It had earned Rs 2.53 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
