Butwal Power Comapny Limited is issuing its 3:2 ratio right shares to the shareholders from today.
The issuance of 67,68,462 units of right shares of a face value of Rs 100 will close on April 6, according to a notice issued by the power developer today.
The company had announced the book closure for the issue back on February 5.
The right share certificates can be collected from NMB Capital Limited at Babarmahal or through the branches of NMB Bank Limited across the country.
