SAARC Energy Centre (SEC) Islamabad together with Independent Power Producers’ Association, Nepal (IPPAN) and Independent Power Producer’s Association of India (IPPAI) as knowledge partner is organizing two-day conference in Kathmandu on ” Cross Boarder Power Trade: Harmonizing Regulations and Policies” on June 26-27, 2014.
The Conference will be participated policy makers, regulators and other stakeholders from public and private sectors. Ministers/Secretaries of Ministries of Power, Chairmen of Electric Power Regulatory Authorities, Diplomats and senior representatives of Power Industry in South Asia as well as IFIs will be invited. The Conference will be addressed by leading experts and key stakeholders from the Region
