Dhangadi: Four labourers, who were trapped in a tunnel of Kalanga Hydropower in Bungal Municipality of Bajhang, were found dead on Monday.
A joint rescue team deployed from Armed Police Force Disaster Management Training Institute, Kurintar, and Dipayal, Doti, recovered bodies of the labourers one kilometre inside the tunnel.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganesh Bam of Bajhang District Police Office said the team recovered bodies of Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, Karna Bahadur Shahi of Gurans Rural Municipality, Dailekh, Mahendra Saud of Turmakhand Rural Municipality, Achham, and Sher Singh Dhami of Bungal Municipality.
