Kathmandu- Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Minister Dipak Khadka has stated that development modalities have been prepared to revive stalled large-scale projects through collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Speaking at Tuesday’s House of Representatives meeting, Minister Khadka highlighted that major projects like Budhigandaki, Uttarganga, and Upper Arun remain stalled.
“The Ministry of Energy has devised a framework to advance large projects by integrating efforts from both the public and private sectors,” he said. “So far, NPR 43 billion has been spent on Budhigandaki alone, and the government has invested billions in each major project. We are committed to making these projects a reality.”
