Rairang Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. has been added in SEBON pipeline for approval to issue primary shares for local people. The hydropower company has applied to issue 5,60,000 units to local people.
Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
Rairang Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited. Rairang operates the 500kW Rairang Small Hydropower Project, located in Thakre VDC of Dhading district.
Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited is issuing 14 lakh units IPO shares at the face value of Rs 100. Of the total shares, 5,60,000 units shares has been set aside for the locals and remaining 8,40, 000 units shares will be issue to general public.
